Four things I have built across eight years on the floor of Australian youth and social services. Each one started because I kept seeing the same gap. Here is what each is, who I built it for, and what it solves.
Why four, and not one
Each one started because I kept seeing the same gap, on the floor, in conversations with parents, in board rooms with funders. A young person with funding but no plan. A youth program running on goodwill. A founder story that only showed the polished version. An immigrant woman with the qualification and no way in. Each venture below is one of those gaps, closed. None of it is theory. All of it came from the floor.

The NDIS-registered service I built for ages 12 to 20 across Western and South West Sydney. Capacity-building, not babysitting. Mentors who plan a session, not just turn up.

Elevate Youth Lab
Your program runs on the goodwill of senior staff. New mentors pick it up by osmosis.
The four-stage youth mentoring framework I designed so the practice in your best mentor's head can be taught, repeated and audited. The system inside SCA, used by others inside theirs.
